Jawvig is a quater elven, evident only by slightly sharpened facial features. His senses are similarly heightened, but he does not know of his racial background, considering himself to be human. He has light brown hair, closely cropped, and deep blue eyes. He is very athletic too. He lived most of his life as a thieving orphan in the city of Bleckner, his earliest memory was of being thrown out of a cart outside an orphanage, the place that was to be his home for the next 15 years. Whilst in Bleckner he met with an albino by the name of Galen, who has since become a good friend. He left the city about three years ago seeking adventure and a way to live without thieving. It had played on his conscience for a while. After wandering eastwards looking for adventure, he came inevitably to the Dragons Inn, meeting with various characters there. Since that happy occasion he has been out battling the 'Waker', a bizarre being that fed off life energies. It had drained those on its own world and was gating people in from Ifreann. Galen and GD, a gold dragon joined him there, as did Ehrlich, a member of the Company. After that he went travelled for a while by himself, returning with information that was to lead himself, Galen, GD and Smith off on a quest to find out Galen's true identity. During this adventure he developed a close relationship with GD, eventually resulting in life-mating; the dragon form of marriage. Part of the adventure involved Smith's teleportation of them some 10 years into the past. When the time came to return to the future, GD was with child and decided to remain in the past as she was not certain the child would survive the trip back. The child, Dahvlin Grey, was 9 by the time Jawvig returned, and he missed out on fathering the child through his early years, something he regrets. However, he and GD 'adopted' another child, Cheren. She was just a baby when they found her (_almost_ a sacrifice by Smith). They discovered that she was their child in another dimension (!). Grey's godparents (or the draconic equivallent) are Smith and Dralen, and Cheren's godparents are Red and Jade (GD's sister). During this adventure Galen gave him his old assassins guild ring; black bat insignia with two swords on the side. If encountered, he will probably be wearing his trusty leather armour and carrying a short sword and daggers. Do not be fooled; these aren't the only tricks he has up his sleeves. Smith used his incredible magical skills to help create a house for Jawvig, GD, Grey and Cheren in a secluded valley to the east of Montford. They still pop in to Montford from time to time, but knew nothing of the church there until very recently, when they heard of Smith's death.
