Liana Elandrian  --  also known as Riana Jessair or as
             Countess Riana Asheriel of Mysthaven.
             A telepathic sorceress with a tough exterior
             and a heart of gold.  She and Svenyip Skie-
             seeker are very close and often work together
             in their adventures.  She has a companion--
             the panther Shadow--who is sworn to serve and
             protect her at all costs.  Her most prized
             possession is a small elven dagger which returns
             magically to its sheath after it is thrown.
             Riana is a countess.
